Why Grace Church? – Our New Name, Same Mission
For more than a decade, our church has been a home for people to encounter God’s love in a real and life-changing way. Many of you have known us as Christ Uncensored. Under that name, we’ve seen lives transformed, marriages restored, friendships formed, and countless prayers answered. We are grateful for every moment and every person who has been part of that journey.
But seasons change, and sometimes the Spirit calls us to step into something new. As we prayed and dreamed about the future, we felt God leading us to embrace a name that fully reflects who we are, what we believe, and what we want to declare over our city. That’s why we are now The Grace Church.
Why Grace?
Grace is at the center of the Gospel. It’s the unearned, undeserved, unconditional love of God poured out through Jesus Christ. Grace means that no matter who you are, no matter where you’ve been, and no matter what you’ve done—you are welcomed by God and you are loved beyond measure.
We want that truth to be front and center in everything we do. Our name isn’t just a rebrand—it’s a declaration. We are a church built on grace, a church that wants every person who walks through our doors to feel it, know it, and carry it with them.
